Program Updates for GenuTax

The latest update for GenuTax Standard, version 1.31, was released on April 9, 2010.

If you own a copy of GenuTax Standard software which you purchased before January 20, 2010, to download the installer for version 1.31, go to the download web page address indicated on the release notification email sent to you for this version. If you have not previously installed version 1.29 or 1.30, you will also require the newly-issued serial number found on the email notification that was sent to you for this version.

If you own a copy of GenuTax Standard software which you purchased after January 20, 2010, to download the installer for version 1.31, go to the download web page address indicated on your purchase receipt.

If you cannot locate the email with your download and activation information, go to this linked web page to retrieve the information you need.

To determine the version of GenuTax Standard that you have installed, see the "About GenuTax" item under the "Help" menu in the software. If the version listed is 1.31.3749.28120, then you already have version 1.31.

GenuTax Planner is new Canadian tax planning software for 2010 and 2011. The first version of GenuTax Planner, version 1.101, was released on August 16, 2010.

For individuals that personally require the ability to prepare more than 20 tax returns for 2009, the special version of GenuTax called GenuTax Unlimited Printing 2009 was released on March 17, 2010. The current version number is 1.30.3727.20968.

The last version of GenuTax Unlimited Printing 2008 was 1.26.3339.21477.

The last version of GenuTax Unlimited Printing 2007 was 1.23.3001.25593.
