Refund Policy

All sales of GenuTax software are final. If you have purchased a copy of GenuTax software, and you have successfully received a software serial number and download instructions, a refund will not be granted for any reason.

In order for customers to evaluate GenuTax Standard software before purchasing it, a 30-day trial version is available. However, in the trial version of GenuTax Standard, the printing and NETFILE functionality of the software is disabled.

In order for customers to evaluate GenuTax Planner software before purchasing it, a 14-day trial version is available.
