Refund Policy

All sales of GenuTax software are final. If you have purchased a copy of GenuTax software, and you have successfully received a software serial number and download instructions, a refund will not be granted for any reason.

In order for customers to evaluate GenuTax software before purchasing it, a 30-day trial version is available. However, in the trial version of GenuTax, the printing and NETFILE functionality of the software is disabled.
